Pricing questions
Is TimeAJob really flat-priced?
Yes. Every plan is one fixed monthly price. There are no per-invoice, per-project, per-client or per-task fees on any tier. The only extra you can ever add is a seat at $10 per month on the Team and Agency plans.
What does the Free plan include?
One seat and two projects, with time tracking, invoicing, client management, profitability reporting and AI receipt scanning. No card is needed. Invoices from a Free account carry a small "Powered by Time a Job" footer.
What if my team grows past my plan's seats?
On Team and Agency you can add extra seats at $10 per month each. Otherwise move up one plan: the seat brackets are 1, 3, 6 and 15.
Does TimeAJob take a cut of what my clients pay me?
No. You add your own PayPal, Payfast or Stripe link and it shows on the invoice. TimeAJob never touches the money and takes no percentage.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. If you cancel part-way through a month you will not be charged again, but we do not refund the remainder of a billing period. See the refund policy.
How is TimeAJob different from Harvest?
