API

Read-only access to your own data — included on every plan, no extra fee.

Authentication

Generate a key from your dashboard's Settings page, under "API access". Send it as a bearer token on every request:

Authorization: Bearer taj_live_...

A key only ever returns data for your own account. Keys can be revoked any time from the same Settings panel — a revoked key stops working immediately.

Endpoints

GET /clients

Your non-archived clients.

GET /projects

Your non-archived projects.

GET /time-entries

Your logged time entries (most recent first, capped at 500). Optional query params:

project_id — only entries for one project
from / to — date range, e.g. ?from=2026-09-01&to=2026-09-30

GET /invoices

Your invoices with computed totals (most recent first, capped at 500).

What's not here yet

This is deliberately a small, read-only start — four resources, no write endpoints, no pagination cursors. If you need something this doesn't cover, tell us: support@timeajob.com.
